The Yoga Within

Hi, I am Kirsty and I am The Yoga Within, very pleased to meet you!

​

I have been practicing yoga for as long as I can remember and I have been teaching full time classes for the past eight years. I am truly passionate about Yoga and all the different roads it can take you on, from empowering your body with strength, to exploring your breath as a tool to awaken a presence that is so very still and to awaken an awareness that once alive will be your inner guide through this busy journey of life.

 

I truly believe the tools of Yoga can bring you back into the best version you can be and my job....to share those tools with you no matter where you are on the journey.... I look forward to seeing you on the mat!

I work in every way I can to suit where you are on your journey....

I offer weekly classes in and around the Shaftesbury area, if you look at the page below you will see my weekly schedule. My aim in group classes is to connect with you as an individual and within a group no matter your age/ability. I intend to create a nourishing, safe space for you to explore the tools I will share to find your own unique way back to your Self. If you have specific needs or unsure on which class is best for you then please just get in touch.

I offer private 1:1 sessions which are great if you are seeking a more bespoke session, we can explore different roads of the physical practice and also integrate the more subtle aspects, for example, Mediation, Yoga Nidras, Sounds etc to find what really suits your needs and follow a program to further support your journey into the Self.

​

I offer private group sessions, which are great if you have a group of friends or colleagues who wish to embark on a bespoke journey together.

​

I run workshops which recently have been Yoga followed by a Sound Bath and also Yin Yoga, Reiki and Sound Baths.

 

I also organize and teach Yoga at Wellness events in Shaftesbury. If you are interested in workshops and events please get in touch and I can sign up to my mailing list so you can stay up to date.
